 This is my progess diary Weight: 69kg  Ideal Weight: 65kg I went to to the gynecologist today and decided to do natural healing. of course i will monitor the progress with ultrasound.  I want to begin the self love journey.

 Hi. My name is Mary. I got diagnosed with fibroids two weeks ago. Currently they are three of them - 7cm and 5 cm respectively. I have decided to document my journey through it to help other women who are going through it. My goal is to naturally get rid of it. I have a gynecologist appointment on 26th July 2023. But in the meantime I have come up with a plan to start which will be posted soon. Thank you.
